Hello Good Humans!
March is National Nutrition Month. Let’s use it to dedicate to better health with a Whole Foods Plant Based Diet (WFPBD). It is increasingly becoming aware to the human consciousness that animal proteins from meat, seafood and dairy are not healthy for humans and their production and farming is not good for the environment. In fact, the World Health Organization has listed processed meats a carcinogen though it is aware that all animal proteins are carcinogens. Out with meat, seafood and dairy and in with REAL nutrition! As a Holistic Wellness Coach certified in Plant Based Nutrition by the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition, Cornell University, I will be making regular posts on the subject.
