Happy National Nutrition Month. The Patchogue Chamber of Commerce is promoting healthy meals. Only four nutrition oriented businesses are chosen. I am happy to be one of them. The video is of a dish I created and plated. It is plant based, gluten free, low oil, low salt and no added sugar but high in phytonutrients and flavor! I chose a variety of fruits, vegetables, grain, nuts and seeds that cover nutrition bases from antiaging and memory fortification to anti-inflammatories and anticancer with an array of vitamins that support health and longevity.
