I am offering live custom guided meditations by phone. I will work with you to create a 15 minute meditation that is suited to where you are now in your life, issues to heal and goals to attain. All you need is a comfortable place to lie down as I talk you through an inspiring meditation. Before we begin I ask you some questions about your “happy place” preferences, health, life and goals. Then I create a meditation guide for you to visualize as I voice a narrative custom designed for you. Meditation is the best way to send intent into the universe. After your meditation you will enjoy the synchronicity of your intent and what the universe is bringing you. The meditation is also recorded so you can energize your intent on a daily basis at your leisure all for just $20.
